A quick personal story with these frameworks

In the past couple of years, I’ve felt anxious, insecure, surrounded by negative thoughts, unable to overcome my past, lonely, & unproductive.

However, I’m glad I didn’t get caught up in any of these phases for long.

Why? It’s because I was always very self-aware. As a result, I used to spend time with myself to understand my feelings, the reasons behind them, & their solutions.

In a nutshell, I was asking myself the right questions.

Over time, I realized that I was following a repeatable process to overcome these phases.

These frameworks are the structure that I gave to those processes. These repeatable processes (aka frameworks) helped me stay mentally fit, & avoid negativity.
